'Anycabs Promise' brings customer service 'unlike any other' to the minicab industry!




So today marks the day that we officially launched our 'Anycabs Promise'. This is our promise to you, our customers, and will ensure that you get the best customer service possible when booking your minicab with us. 


Our company ethos is to be as honest, open, and customer focused as we possibly can. It is for this reason that we want to shout our 'promise' from the rooftops for everyone to hear! We realised that booking a minicab online or via a smartphone app is still a fairly new concept and naturally, you may have your concerns. Our promise is here to put you at ease, and to give you confidence when booking your journey with us.

So what is this 'promise' we hear you ask? 


Punctuality Promise

Firstly, we understand that having your minicab turn up on time is very important. All of our partners have agreed that they will be ready and waiting for you at the time of pick up (if not earlier!!), however if that isn't the case and they are more than 15 minutes late you are entitled to up to 30% of the fare back! We need you to get in contact with the team here by emailing help@anycabs.co.uk so that we can investigate this and rectify the issue. 


Safety Promise
We promise that all of our minicab operators are fully licensed and safe for your travels. We frequently check their licenses and ensure that these are up to date, however if you suspect that this is not the case please report the issue to help@anycabs.co.uk and we will liaise with the relevant licensing authority.

Price Promise
Last but not least, Anycabs is here to get you a good deal and save you some cash! Our promise to you is that you will not have to pay any more than the price quoted for your journey, unless you decide to amend the journey points. If this is not the case please contact a member of the team by emailing help@anycabs.co.uk and we will ensure that this is honoured.
